Quick dribble:

In basketball this can be considers as different things, cross dribble or cross over dribble/dribbling. in this basketball dribbling method, it involves dribbling the ball really low and fast. Thus passing the ball from one hand to another while dribbling (cross over dribble) or simply keeping it in one hand but low.
During you basketball training workout, It is always wise to start up slowly and then increase the speed and tempo gradually as you training progresses.
Power dribble:
In fundamental basketball, this dribbling technique involves dribbling the basketball on your side with your body between the opponent defender and the ball. this makes it hard for the defender to reach in and steal or hit the basketball away from you.
It might be difficult to do at first but with time, practice and patient it gets very during training/workout. It is also a very good dribble used by the centers and the point guard.

It is a very effective move in basketball and hence it is important to train for it and become good at it.
Combo:
Training or working out on your basketball skills is important hence,
basketball skills are developed day by day during your workouts or training sessions, and one of the ways to do that is training hard each day in and day out and doing the right workouts. The combo exercise in basketball training is meant to develop your skills in such a way that it becomes natural to you while playing the game of basketball.
what you need to do is to perform this 3 different dribbling technique together changing from one to the other without stopping in the middle,.
Since basketball demands you act instinctively , one should also do a blindfolded training to develop the senses of dribbling the basketball without looking down on the ball during the dribbling workouts. make sure while working out on your dribbles your eyes are up too not looking at the basketball.
